Privacy

Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Growth Predictor website collects, why it collects it, where that information is stored, and which services process it.

Effective date: . This policy describes the public website at www.growthpredictor.app. A legal entity name and a postal address are not published on this website.

Website and app

This website is a public marketing and education site. It does not create an account, does not ask for a password, and does not use Google sign-in. It does not request your name, email address, or profile from Google. Joining the waitlist or sending a support message does not create an app profile and does not sign you into the iOS or Android app.

The app is a separate product. This website does not receive app account records, profile details, saved height measurements, family height information, lifestyle information, or subscription status. Sign-in, app storage, app analytics, and purchases are not implemented in this website, so this policy does not describe how the app stores or retains those records.

Account, profile, and lifestyle information

This website does not collect account or authentication information. It does not create a growth profile. It does not ask for lifestyle information, and it does not store sleep, diet, activity, or similar details.

Date of birth, age, and height on this website

Height calculator

The height calculator asks for the sex used by the WHO height-for-age tables, male or female, and a standing height in centimeters or in feet and inches. It also asks for either a date of birth and a measurement date, or an age in years and months. The page uses those entries in your browser to show current height, the completed age in months, and a WHO 2007 height-for-age percentile. Growth Predictor does not save those entries, does not send them to the server, and does not add them to a profile.

Growth velocity calculator

The growth velocity calculator asks for two standing heights and the two dates they were measured. The page uses those entries in your browser to show the height change, the time between the dates, and the pace per year. Growth Predictor does not save those heights or dates.

Both calculators keep their entries in the page while it is open. The website application does not write them to cookies, local storage, or session storage.

How website information is used

  • Calculator entries are used only to show the result in your browser. They are not used to build an account, to send a message, or to measure advertising.
  • A waitlist email is stored so Growth Predictor can tell you when the app is available. This website does not send that notice automatically.
  • A support message is stored so a person can read it and reply. This website does not send an automatic email reply.
  • A website visit event is used to count which labeled screens were opened. It is not used to identify you.

Waitlist

The waitlist form collects the email address you submit. The server trims it, stores it in lowercase, and writes it to a Supabase database table named waitlist, together with the time it was stored. An email address that is already stored is not stored again.

Support messages

The support form collects your name, email address, subject, and message. The server stores those four fields in a Supabase database table named support_messages, together with the time they were stored and a status that starts as "new". The form also contains a hidden company field that people are not asked to fill in. If that field is filled, the submission is discarded and is not stored.

On the published website, a waitlist email or a support message is stored only when the server has a Supabase project URL and a server-only database key. If either value is missing, the server refuses the submission and does not keep it. That key is not included in browser pages.

Analytics

When an Amplitude key is configured, the website sends one event named website_visit to Amplitude. The event properties are the platform value "web", a screen label such as home, privacy, or blog_article, and the language value "en". The screen label is chosen from the page path. The path itself, the query string, and the hash are not sent. During one visit to the site, each path is sent at most once. If the Amplitude key is missing, no event is sent.

Amplitude is configured with automatic capture turned off, default tracking turned off, remote configuration turned off, and diagnostics turned off. Identity storage is turned off. The SDK uses in-memory storage for the page session, not browser local storage or session storage. Session replay is not enabled. No user id is set. Every browser uses the same device id, the text growth-predictor-web. That value is not a separate identifier for you, your device, or an account.

Before the event is sent, the website removes the IP address, city, region, country, coordinates, user agent, advertising identifiers, device model, operating system, and carrier. Calculator entries, names, email addresses, waitlist submissions, and support messages are not sent to Amplitude.

Subscriptions and payments

This website does not sell a subscription and does not take payment. It does not collect a card number, a store receipt, or a subscription status. RevenueCat is not integrated in this website. This website does not send an email address, a user id, or a purchase to RevenueCat. Premium is part of the mobile app. This website does not process that subscription.

Storage, service providers, and sharing

These are the services that process website information:

  • Supabase stores waitlist emails and support messages in a Postgres database. The website migration enables row level security on both tables and does not add a policy that lets anonymous visitors read or write those rows.
  • Amplitude receives the website_visit event described above when an Amplitude key is configured.
  • Vercel hosts the website. Serving a page requires Vercel to receive the HTTP request, including the IP address and the requested URL. This website's application code does not copy that IP address into the waitlist, the support message, or the Amplitude event.

The website does not sell personal information. It does not send calculator entries, waitlist emails, or support messages to any service other than Supabase for storage.

Retention and deletion

Waitlist and support rows remain in the Supabase database until they are deleted. This website does not set a retention period, does not delete those rows on a schedule, and does not offer an account-deletion control, because it does not create accounts. Calculator entries are not stored, so there is no saved calculator record to delete.

To ask about a waitlist email or a support message, use the support form and include the email address you submitted. Sending that form stores a new support message. It does not automatically delete an earlier row. This website does not publish a response deadline for that request.

Children and teenagers

The website includes public pages written for parents and for teenagers. The height calculator accepts a date of birth or an age in the WHO reference it uses, from 5 years through 19 years. Those entries stay in the browser. The website does not open a separate child account, does not ask a visitor to confirm an age before reading a page, and does not store a date of birth. This policy does not state a children's-privacy certification.

Privacy requests

You can ask a question about this policy, or ask about information you submitted on this website, through the support form. There is no login and no page that downloads stored waitlist or support records. A public contact email is not listed on the contact page.
