For teens
Your growth, explained plainly
Height changes at different times for different people. A percentile is information about a measurement, not a comment on you.
Understand your current growth
Growth Predictor starts with the height you record now. The height calculator can show the WHO percentile for that single measurement. The app can also keep the measurement so you can look back at it later.
Track measurements
If you measure again, record the new height and the date. The useful part is the series, not chasing a bigger number. Measure without shoes, stand straight, and try to do it the same way each time. How often to measure height explains why measuring every day mostly records noise.
Understand percentile
Percentile compares your recorded height with the WHO reference for your age and sex. The middle of that reference is the 50th percentile. Being above or below it is ordinary. It is not a score, and it is not a goal. Here is the longer explanation.
See recorded changes
Measured growth pace is the change between heights you have recorded. Growth velocity is that change over the time between two dates. Some months show more change than others. That record is not a prediction, and it is not a race.
Build healthy routines
The app can suggest practical priorities from the information you add. Those are everyday habits. They are not supplements, not hormones, and not a plan to get taller fast. Nothing here guarantees a change in height.
Learn about growth
Bodies grow on different timelines, including during the teen years. Growth science explains the reference, measurement variation, and the things Growth Predictor deliberately does not calculate. Adult height cannot be known exactly from today’s measurement, and this site does not calculate one.
If you are worried about your health or your growth, ask a parent, caregiver, or clinician. An app can organize measurements. It cannot diagnose you.
