How it works
From one measurement to a clearer picture
Growth Predictor is a simple loop: record a height, understand it against a published reference, and keep measuring over time.
Add basic information.
Start with the details the app needs to place a measurement in context, including age and the sex used by the WHO height-for-age tables.
Record height.
Enter a standing height you have measured. That number is recorded data. It is separate from any percentile calculated from it.
Understand current height percentile.
The percentile compares that recorded height with the WHO 2007 reference for the same age and sex. It is a calculated reference metric, not a grade.
Add family height information when available.
Family height context uses heights you choose to add. It sits beside the recorded measurement. It does not calculate adult height.
Track measurements.
Save later measurements when you take them. Basic height tracking is free. Advanced Growth Tracking is part of Premium.
Review recorded growth.
Look at how recorded height has changed. Measured growth pace describes that change. It is not a forecast.
Build practical habits.
Free includes 3 priorities. Premium includes the Full Personalized Plan. These are practical habits, not treatment or a promised change in height.
Why repeat a measurement?
A single height can shift a little with posture, the time of day, and how the tape or stadiometer was used. Another measurement, taken with the same care, shows whether that number was a one-time reading or part of a pattern.
The height calculator is useful for one comparison. The app becomes more informative when several recorded heights can be reviewed together. Read what a percentile means and the science behind the reference before treating any one result as the whole story.
